Shipping
Where can I see my order status?
You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched. This includes international orders. You will also receive an order confirmation with tracking details by email.
When will my order arrive?
Although we endeavor to have your piece with you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. We work with UPS as our delivery partner. Due to high volumes, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
The Republic of Ireland, UPS (€5.75) – please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?

What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil refers to gold plating on top of sterling silver. All of our gold plating is 18ct.
Can I order a custom ring size?
Yes, most of our rings can be made to any size! Please add a note when you place your order to tell us the size you need.
Are the gemstones real?
Of course! All of our beautiful, natural gemstones are ethically sourced from around the world. Our talented team of gemstone cutters in Jaipur, India hand cut every stone to enhance it's natural sparkle.
What metal do you use?
Our pieces are made of Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil and 9ct Yellow Gold. All sterling silver and gold that we use is recycled from jewellery, giftware and electronic industries. Using recycled materials means our impact on the earth is lessened and we are working to your expectations of being as ethical as possible.
How can I take care of my jewellery?
Taking good care of your jewellery will help it last a lifetime! For a longer lasting vermeil coating, remove your Juvi jewellery before using chemicals, such as cleaning sprays, hand sanitiser and also when applying beauty products, hairspray or perfume. A great rule of thumb is to put your jewellery on last, once you are prepped and ready to go. Remove your jewellery before swimming in the sea, a pool or showering to protect it from dullness and erosion. Store your jewellery in a bag or Juvi box when not being worn to reduce tarnish and scratches. If you start to notice tarnishing or dullness, gently rub your jewellery with a silver cloth in a circular motion until it's gleaming again. If your Juvi piece is in need of a little extra TLC you can book it into our workshop for replating or repair here
Repairs and Returns
What is your warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our pieces. Gold plating and craft flaws are covered within this time. Our friendly workshop team are always on hand to bring your piece back to life, even if it's outside the warranty. You can book in your piece for replating or repair here
How do I take care of my new jewelry?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Does plating come off?
The nature of gold plating is that it will fade over time, and rings generally will experience this quickest as they are constantly rubbing against handheld items on a daily basis. Some jewellery is made of cheaper gold toned metals such as brass, so the colour difference is not very obvious when the gold plating fades. We only use sterling silver as a base metal so the silver colour will eventually show through, but it means our customers can be certain that their piece is solid precious metal all the way through!
Can I have my pieces replated?
We offer a replating service which is free of charge for the first year after purchase, to help keep your pieces looking brand new. After this time there is a small fee to cover the cost of the 18ct gold. Please book your piece into our workshop here
Refunds
We hope you love your Juvi jewellery, but if you are unhappy we are happy exchange it our stand alone stores in Arnotts Henry street, or Brown Thomas, Cork or by returning it to our workshop. Only pieces purchased via our website are valid for refund from our workshop. If you purchased a piece in store and require a refund, you must return it to the original store for refund.
The piece must be unworn and returned in the the original Juvi packaging. Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons.
